Remove the container's outer packaging. Using a fork or knife, pierce the film 3 to 5 times to allow ventilation.

Oven (do not use a toaster oven): Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake 25 minutes.
Microwave: Cook 5 minutes.
Cook thoroughly. After cooking, remove the tray (carefully, as it will be hot). Let stand 1 minute, remove the film and stir. Enjoy!
